Saturday's by popular demand the Pasta Bar is back. Starting Saturday September 24. Build your own pasta dish made in front of you by one of the Summit's chefs.

Congratulations to our Executive Chef John Hunt.

He has been named to represent Shoprite Supermarkets as a guest chef at the New York City Food and Wine Festival. Presented by Food and Wine Magazine and The Food Network. From September 29  through October 2.

 

This is a huge honor for Chef John, who teaches cooking classes at the Shoprite in Brodheadsville, PA when he isn’t delighting us here in the Summit with his culinary skills.
